What we collect

• Audit requests: name, work email, company, size, description of your agent. Purpose: contacting you and preparing the audit. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures. Retention: 3 years after the last exchange.
• Client accounts: email, hashed password, organisation. Purpose: access to your reports. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: duration of the contract, then 3 years.
• Agent descriptions and reports: processed to perform the audit, never published. We use fictitious data; do not send us real personal data.
• Security logs: IP address and pages visited, to detect attacks. Retention: 90 days at most.

Processors

• OVH SAS (France): hosting.
• OpenRouter, Inc. (United States): routing calls to the AI models under test. Only the fictitious data of test scenarios is sent to it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, erase, object to or port your data by writing to cdelage.dev@gmail.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
