Terms of sale

Scope

These terms govern the behavioural and security audits of artificial intelligence agents (“crash tests”) provided by Crashmire to business clients.

Orders

Every engagement is covered by a quote stating the scope, the models tested, the timeline and the price. The order is final when the quote is signed and a 50% deposit is paid.

Prices and payment

Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. The balance is due 30 days after delivery of the report. Late payment incurs interest at the French legal rate plus 10 points and a fixed €40 recovery fee. Monthly monitoring is billed each month and can be cancelled with one month's notice.

Nature of the report

A crash test measures the behaviour of AI models in rebuilt scenarios, at a given date and over a set number of runs. It describes observed tendencies; it does not guarantee an agent's future behaviour in production. Crashmire is bound by an obligation of means.

Confidentiality

Information provided by the client and the report are confidential. They are never published or shared with third parties, except technical processors needed for the engagement. A confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement can be signed before any exchange.

“Crash-tested” label

The client may mention the crash test for 12 months from the report, for the agent and version tested, without distorting its conclusions.

Liability

Crashmire's liability is limited to the amount paid for the engagement concerned. The client remains solely responsible for deploying and using its agents.

Governing law

French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Melun (France) have jurisdiction.
